You want to try to bubble the shards out of the way? Good idea! But will it work?
Time to introduce something new: the tests. I ask for a Water test, which is one of your four skills. If you succeed, then it works out, but if you fail, then it'll get more complicated.
Because you're a Water Pokémon, you have +1 for this test. That's not much though. You can gamble up to 6 additional points (you have 12) to increase you odds. If you fail, you lose those points.
So, how much would you like to gamble on this test?

You produce a stream of bubbles, sweeping from side to side, turning the place into a temporary bubble bath. When you're done, all the shards and orange goo are neatly gathered in one corner of the room.
Avoiding the cylinders with Buizel remnants, you wade towards the platform.

startled with many mysterious objects,
along with more weird looking remains.
'Creepy...'
Suddenly, I get this feeling that someone's watching me, and I frantically hide, and
I hear voices....

Ex Umbris et Imaginibus in Veritatem!! You hide between some stuff on the platform and listen. It sounds like mufflied cries for attention. There's some faint knocking too.
You peek around. At the back of the platform are two cylinders. One is empty, the other has some liquid and a living Buizel in it. It's a girl, and despite the dim light you notice that she has the same coloration that you have: yellow.
She's knocking on the glass and saying stuff, but the cylinder mutes it. "mMm! mMm mmMmm? mmm mM Mmm!"

I rush towards her, noting the yellow tinge of fur on her.
"Are you ok? Need some help? Ok..."
I then start searching for objects to smash the cylinder, and I
eventually find one- a blunt shard of glass.
"Stand back!! No, don't come near, stay back!"
I cluster my strength, and pound the shard at the cylinder, making a jagged hole, but I 'nicely' make cut in my left hand, making it bleed.
"Not again."
"Here, take my right hand, come out."

Ex Umbris et Imaginibus in Veritatem!! Now that the integrity of the cylinder is destroyed, it cracks under the pressure of the liquid inside. It bursts open and you're drenched by mushy stuff and parts of glass.
You end up on your back on the floor, with the other Buizel tumbled on top of you.
She spits out a load of the liquid, then looks at you. "Uhm, hi... Thanks. Are you ok?"

Ex Umbris et Imaginibus in Veritatem!! She sits up, on to of your belly, and checks herself out. Then she looks at you. "Yellow... isn't that normal? And... I'm Buizel, I guess. You?"
While talking, she picked up your bleeding paw and applied some of the mushy stuff. As she holds it, the pain dissolves and the wound disappears.
