That's some slick move if you can pull that off! It requires a Fighting test, for which you get -2. So you need to gamble at least 3 points to have any chance at all. (Ninjask resist Fighting quite good.)
You can of course still boosts your skill. Or reconsider your approach.
quickly remembering that Ninjast are resistant to fighting (weird cuz I don't hav any memories 0~o) I instead shoot small flames at them to destract them long enough to get past 'em & down the stairs

You spray flames at the Ninjask, which evade, allowing you to dash beneath them and down the stairs. You go down one, turn, go down another, and then you're at the ground floor.
You're in an old reception area, there's an entrance not far ahead, in the right wall. Most of the walls are glass, broken and with dagerously jagged edges. There's lots of crawling on the floor. Wurple and Nincada are everywhere.
These bug aren't hostile, so you can jump through them without much trouble. You dash through the main doors, which are ajar. When you look back, you see about a dozen Ninjask hovering in the door opening, but they don't follow you outside...
You're on the streets. It's getting dark. The tops of the buildings are covered in the red glow of a setting sun, while shadows are growing in the streets. The burning car wreck you've seen before is not far away, casting some light on the nearby streets, litter and debris. As the buzzing fades, it becomes clear the streets are eerily quiet.
