You concentrate on your psychic senses. At first you sense nothing. After some more walking, you start picking up echoes of thoughts. They're too faint to comprehend, but enough to determine where they're coming from.

Using this psychic radar, you're able to wander the corridors for a time while evading any contact. You don't know what you're evading, but - as far as you know - they don't know you're here at all.

After a while, P2 becomes excited "Picking up a wireless signal! Cannot connect though, I need a physical line."

Success! You also gained a point and now have 13!

'You need a physical line... you mean like a wire or a cable or something?' I check, feeling a little torn from having to concentrate on two things at once. IE avoiding the source of those psychic signals AND talking to P2. I pause in the middle of a hallway, waiting for P2's answer.

I follow my mental (or digital) map to the blinking dot, a little wary.

'Zap what?' I ask. 'The door or the psychic signal?' I tighten my grip on P2's pokeball, feeling nervous.

'I should probably find out what it is first...' I mumble thoughtfully. 'I don't want to overload it only to find out it's something important...'

You can try to read its mind, getting specific information. If you fail though, it'll know something was peeking in its head. That's a Pyschic +1 test, plus whatever you gamble.

Hmm... I'll gamble... three.
