Another batch of Jolteon reference studies. It appears there are two distinct ways Jolteon's spiky hindquarters and muzzle are drawn in the anime. In any case, it's definitely the most doglike of the Eeveelutions. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
